5 Year Warranty – Terms & Conditions Warranty Period: This product comes with a 5-Year Warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty Coverage: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failures under normal use and proper installation. Proof of Purchase: A valid purchase invoice/order ID must be provided for warranty claims. Installation: The valve must be installed correctly by a qualified plumber/professional. Damage caused by improper installation is not covered. Physical Damage: Warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, dropping, cracking, freezing, fire, accidents or external forces. Improper Use: Damage caused by misuse, overloading, unauthorized modification, tampering or use outside the specified pressure rating is not covered. Water Quality: Blockage, leakage or malfunction caused by excessive dirt, sediment, scale, rust or contaminated water is not covered. Strainer Maintenance: The built-in strainer should be cleaned periodically. Failure due to lack of routine maintenance is not covered. Pressure Rating: The product must be operated within its specified pressure range and maximum rated pressure. Repair/Replacement: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the product may be repaired or replaced at the seller's discretion. Warranty Claim: Customers must provide the invoice/order details and relevant photographs/videos showing the issue when submitting a claim. Warranty Exclusions: Labour, plumbing charges, installation/removal costs, transportation charges and consequential damages are not covered unless specifically agreed by the seller.
