These terms apply to every order placed on this website. Please read them before ordering.

Product compatibility

Brand names and model numbers shown on this site are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to indicate which appliances a part is intended to fit. Unless a listing is explicitly marked as an original or genuine part, items are compatible replacements and are not supplied by the appliance manufacturer.

Compatibility entries marked “Listed — confirm your model” are brand-level matches that have not been individually verified against your specific model. You are responsible for confirming the model number on your appliance's rating label before ordering. If you are unsure, contact us first — we will confirm fitment at no cost.

Pricing and taxes

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. A GST-compliant tax invoice is issued for every order. We may correct pricing errors before dispatch; if a price is corrected upward, we will contact you and you may cancel for a full refund.

Orders and stock

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm dispatch. Where an item proves to be out of stock after ordering, we will offer an alternative, a wait time, or a full refund.

Warranty

The warranty period stated on a product listing runs from the date of delivery and covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, electrical surges, water ingress, physical damage, or use with an incompatible appliance. Retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

Electrical components installed by an unqualified person may void the warranty. We recommend installation by a qualified technician.

Delivery

Delivery timelines shown at checkout are estimates provided by our courier partner and are not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our Shipping Policy.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of use of an appliance, labour charges, or damage caused by incorrect fitment of a part.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of our registered place of business.
