Washing Machine Door Lock 3 Pin Door Switch Suitable For LG Front Load Washing Machine Door Interlock High Quality Door Lock 1 Year Replacement Warranty ( Match And Buy )

Safety First Unplug the washing machine from the electrical socket before installation. Do not work on the door lock while the machine is connected to power. The door-lock assembly is an electrical safety component, so power must be completely disconnected before replacement. Step 1 – Switch Off the Washing Machine Switch off the washing machine and remove the power plug from the wall socket. Step 2 – Open the Washing Machine Door Open the front door completely. Step 3 – Remove the Outer Door-Seal Clamp The door-lock assembly is located behind the rubber door gasket near the door opening. Carefully release the outer retaining clamp/spring and pull the rubber gasket slightly away from the front panel to access the lock. Step 4 – Remove the Door Lock Screws Locate the screws securing the door-lock assembly to the front panel and remove them. Many LG front-load designs use two mounting screws, although the exact arrangement can vary by model. Step 5 – Disconnect the Connector Carefully pull the existing door-lock assembly forward and disconnect its electrical connector. Do not pull the wires directly. Release the connector from its locking tab. Step 6 – Install the New Door Lock Position the new door lock in the same orientation as the old one. Align the mounting holes and tighten the screws securely. Step 7 – Connect the 3-Pin Connector Connect the 3-pin connector firmly into the new door lock. Do not change the pin/wire position. The connector and electrical configuration must match the original part. Step 8 – Refit the Door Gasket Return the rubber door gasket to its original position and refit the retaining clamp properly. Make sure the gasket is not twisted or trapped. Step 9 – Check the Door Close the washing-machine door and make sure the door closes correctly and the latch engages properly. Step 10 – Test the Washing Machine Reconnect the power and start a suitable wash cycle. Check that: Door locks correctly Machine starts normally No door-lock error appears Door remains locked during operation Door unlocks normally after the cycle
