Original purchase invoice/order details may be required for a warranty claim. Motor compatibility must be checked before installation. The AC voltage, wattage, RPM, shaft, mounting, connector and PG feedback/pin configuration should match the original motor. The AC PCB, wiring and power supply should be checked before replacing the motor. Damage caused by a faulty PCB, incorrect supply, electrical fluctuation or incorrect wiring will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Do not cut, modify or alter the supplied motor wiring or connector. Warranty applies only to the motor supplied by the seller. Installation, removal, technician, transportation and service charges are not covered unless specifically mentioned by the seller.
