Technovate Inverter Split AC Indoor Fan / Blower Motor Suitable for Daikin Motor Control Electronic Hobby Kit ()

The blower sits behind the evaporator on the indoor unit. It is mains-wired and the blower wheel is delicate — an AC technician is the safer route if you have not had an indoor unit apart before.

1. Isolate at the MCB and let the unit sit before opening it.
2. Open the front cover and remove the filters, then the display bezel and the drain tray fixings as your model requires.
3. Photograph the wiring and the blower wheel position on the shaft before you loosen the grub screw. Depth on the shaft matters — too far in and the wheel rubs the housing.
4. Release the motor bracket, slide the wheel off the shaft and withdraw the motor.
5. Handle the blower wheel carefully. The vanes are thin plastic; a bent vane causes a vibration you will not be able to tune out afterwards.
6. Fit the new motor, set the wheel to the depth in your photo, tighten the grub screw onto the flat on the shaft, and turn it by hand to check it runs free.
7. Test on all speeds before reassembly.

Keep the packaging and your invoice until the part is fitted and tested — warranty claims need the order number.
