What the Warranty Covers The warranty covers: Manufacturing defects Internal motor defects Functional failure of the motor during normal intended use All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification. Warranty Does Not Cover The warranty does not cover damage caused by: Incorrect installation Wrong wiring or pin connection Incorrect AC supply voltage Electrical surge or voltage fluctuation Short circuit Faulty AC PCB/controller Incorrect feedback connection Water or liquid damage Physical damage Broken or bent shaft Damaged connector Cut or modified wires Improper blower installation Blower obstruction or mechanical jamming Motor modification Unauthorized repair Accidental damage Installation in an incompatible AC model Normal wear and tear Important Warranty Conditions Installation should preferably be performed by a qualified AC technician. Original purchase invoice/order details may be required for warranty claims. Motor compatibility must be checked before installation. The motor's voltage, RPM, shaft, mounting, connector and feedback/pin configuration must match the original motor. The AC PCB, wiring and power supply should be checked before replacing the motor. Damage caused by a defective PCB, incorrect supply or incorrect wiring will not be considered a manufacturing defect. Do not cut, modify or alter the motor connector or wiring. Warranty applies only to the motor supplied by the seller. Installation, removal, technician, transportation and service charges are not covered unless specifically mentioned by the seller. Warranty claims are subject to product inspection and verification.

Installation should preferably be carried out by a qualified AC technician. Step 1 – Switch OFF the Power Turn OFF the AC and disconnect the main electrical power supply before starting the installation. Step 2 – Open the Indoor Unit Open the indoor unit front panel and remove the required covers to access the blower motor assembly. Step 3 – Disconnect the Existing Motor Locate the existing PG motor connectors and carefully disconnect them from the PCB/wiring harness. Do not pull the wires to remove the connector. Step 4 – Remove the Existing Motor Remove the motor mounting screws/bracket and carefully take out the old blower motor. Step 5 – Remove the Blower Wheel Carefully remove the blower wheel from the old motor shaft. Check the blower for: Cracks Dirt Obstruction Damage Excessive imbalance Step 6 – Install the New PG Motor Fit the new motor in the same position as the original motor and securely tighten the mounting arrangement. Step 7 – Fit the Blower Wheel Install the blower wheel properly onto the new motor shaft. Make sure the blower is correctly aligned and rotates freely. Step 8 – Connect the Wiring Connect the motor using the same connector and pin configuration as the original motor. Important: Do not connect the motor only by matching wire colours. Incorrect wiring or pin connections can damage the motor or AC PCB. Step 9 – Check the Blower Manually rotate the blower wheel before applying power. Make sure it rotates freely without rubbing against the indoor unit. Step 10 – Test the AC Restore power and operate the AC. Check: Motor starts correctly Blower rotates smoothly Fan speed changes correctly Proper airflow No abnormal noise No excessive vibration Proper cooling No indoor fan/motor-related error code
