Warranty Period This product comes with a 2 Year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty Covers The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional failure of the motor under normal intended use during the warranty period. Warranty Does Not Cover Physical damage Burn marks caused by external electrical problems Damage caused by incorrect wiring Wrong voltage supply Short circuit or voltage fluctuation Water/liquid damage Damage during installation or removal Damage caused by improper fitting Broken shaft or mounting damage Damage caused by blower obstruction or foreign objects Modification, opening or unauthorized repair Incorrect motor selection or installation Normal wear and tear Important Warranty Conditions Product must be installed by a qualified AC technician. Original purchase invoice/order details may be required for warranty claims. The motor must be installed according to the AC manufacturer's/service requirements. Warranty applies only to the motor supplied by the seller. Any installation, labour, transportation or service charges are not covered unless specifically stated. Before replacement, the AC PCB, wiring, connector, blower and mechanical assembly should be checked. If the motor failure is caused by a faulty PCB, incorrect voltage or wiring issue, it may not qualify as a warranty defect. Warranty claim is subject to inspection and verification of the product.
