Remove the blower wheel from the motor shaft. 6. Remove the motor mounting screws, clips or brackets. 7. Carefully remove the old motor. 8. Compare the new motor with the original motor for **voltage, wattage, RPM, shaft dimensions, mounting arrangement, connector/pin configuration and rotation direction**. 9. Install the replacement BLDC motor in the original mounting position. 10. Secure the motor firmly using the appropriate mounting hardware. 11. Refit the blower wheel onto the motor shaft. 12. Make sure the blower wheel is properly aligned and rotates freely without touching the housing. 13. Connect the motor connector to the **correct indoor-unit PCB socket**. 14. Ensure all wires are properly routed away from the rotating blower. 15. Manually rotate the blower wheel to check for obstruction or abnormal rubbing. 16. Reassemble the indoor unit. 17. Restore the electrical power. 18. Start the AC and test the indoor fan at different speed settings. 19. Check airflow, rotation, noise and vibration. 20. Confirm normal operation before completing the installation. ### Important Safety Instructions **Do not connect the BLDC motor directly to AC mains supply.** The motor must be connected to a compatible AC indoor-unit PCB/control system. **Do not connect wires solely by matching their colours.** Verify the original motor connector pinout, electrical specifications and AC manufacturer's wiring/service information before installation. Incorrect wiring can damage the motor or indoor-unit PCB.
