Split AC Indoor Unit BLDC Blower Motor / Fan Motor DC Brushless Indoor Fan Motor Energy Efficient, Low Noise & Durable Compatible with Voltas, Onida, Samsung, Hitachi, LG, Daikin & More ( 2 Year Warranty )

Installation should be carried out by a qualified AC technician. Switch OFF the main electrical power supply to the AC. Open the indoor unit and remove the required panels/covers. Access the indoor blower motor assembly. Disconnect the existing motor connector from the indoor-unit PCB. Remove the blower wheel from the motor shaft. Remove the motor mounting screws, clips or brackets. Carefully remove the old motor. Compare the replacement motor with the original motor for: Motor model/part number DC voltage Wattage RPM Shaft size and length Mounting arrangement Connector/pin configuration Rotation direction PCB compatibility Install the replacement BLDC motor in the original mounting position. Secure the motor properly with the mounting hardware. Refit the blower wheel onto the motor shaft. Ensure the blower wheel is properly aligned and rotates freely. Connect the motor connector to the correct indoor-unit PCB socket. Make sure the wiring is away from the rotating blower wheel. Manually rotate the blower wheel and check for rubbing or obstruction. Reassemble the indoor unit. Restore the electrical power. Start the AC and test the indoor fan at different speed settings. Check airflow, rotation, noise and vibration. Confirm normal operation before completing the installation. Important Safety Note Do not connect this BLDC motor directly to AC mains supply. It must be connected through the compatible AC indoor-unit PCB/control system. Do not connect wires solely according to their colours. Always verify the original motor connector pinout, PCB connection and manufacturer's wiring/service information before installation. Incorrect wiring can damage the motor or AC PCB.
