Split AC Indoor Unit BLDC Blower Fan Motor DC Indoor Fan…

Split AC Indoor Unit BLDC Motor is a high-quality DC blower/fan motor designed for compatible split air conditioner indoor units. This motor operates the indoor blower wheel and helps maintain smooth and consistent airflow for effective room cooling. The motor uses BLDC (Brushless DC) technology, designed for efficient operation, smooth speed control, low noise and reliable performance. It is suitable as a replacement for compatible indoor unit blower motors where the original motor has failed, become noisy, stopped rotating or developed an operational fault. This model is mostly used in compatible Hitachi Split AC indoor units and may also be suitable for selected models of Blue Star, Daikin, LG, Samsung, Voltas, Panasonic and other brands, provided the original motor specifications and connections match. The motor features pure copper winding and is designed for reliable indoor AC operation.

Key Features

Professional installation by a qualified AC technician is strongly recommended. Step 1 – Disconnect Power Switch OFF the AC and completely disconnect the main electrical power supply before opening the indoor unit. Step 2 – Open the Indoor Unit Carefully remove the indoor AC front cover and necessary panels to access the blower motor assembly. Step 3 – Disconnect the Existing Motor Locate the existing indoor BLDC motor connector and carefully disconnect it from the PCB/wiring harness. Do not pull the connector by holding the wires. Step 4 – Remove the Old Motor Remove the motor mounting screws/bracket and carefully separate the motor from the indoor blower assembly. Step 5 – Remove the Blower Wheel Carefully loosen the blower wheel from the old motor shaft. Check the blower for cracks, obstruction or damage before installing the replacement motor. Step 6 – Install the New BLDC Motor Position the new motor in the same mounting location as the original motor and securely tighten the mounting screws. Fit the blower wheel correctly onto the motor shaft. Step 7 – Connect the Motor Connect the motor connector according to the original motor's connector and pin configuration. Important: Never connect a BLDC motor based only on wire colours. Incorrect pin connections can damage the motor or AC PCB. Step 8 – Check Blower Movement Before restoring power, manually rotate the blower wheel and make sure it moves freely without touching or rubbing against other parts. Step 9 – Reassemble the Indoor Unit Refit all covers, brackets and screws correctly. Step 10 – Test the AC Switch ON the power and test the AC. Check for: Proper blower rotation Smooth speed variation Normal airflow Low noise No abnormal vibration Correct cooling operation No fan-motor-related error code
