The product carries a 1 Year Warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty applies only to manufacturing defects under normal and proper operating conditions. Warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, wrong wiring, short circuit, voltage fluctuation, power surge, water/moisture, physical damage, burning or overheating. Installation of the PCB in an incompatible refrigerator model is not covered under warranty. Please verify Part Code EBR81827931, refrigerator model, connector configuration and PCB layout before installation. Any unauthorized modification, alteration, soldering, component replacement or repair of the PCB will void the warranty. Warranty claims may require the original purchase invoice/order details, photographs and/or a video demonstrating the reported problem. The PCB may be inspected and tested before warranty replacement is approved. Technician/labour charges, installation charges, service charges, transportation charges and other incidental expenses are not covered under warranty. The warranty covers the PCB against manufacturing defects only and does not cover damage caused to other refrigerator components. Step 2 – Access the Main PCB Locate the refrigerator's main PCB and carefully remove its protective cover. Step 3 – Photograph the Existing Connections Take clear photographs of the existing PCB and all connector positions before removing anything. Step 4 – Match the PCB Confirm that the replacement PCB is EBR81827931. Compare: Part number Connector positions Number and type of connectors PCB layout Mounting holes Overall board configuration Step 5 – Disconnect the Existing PCB Carefully disconnect all connectors from the old PCB.
