Warranty Claim: For a warranty claim, the customer may be required to provide the purchase invoice/order details and clear photographs or videos showing the alleged manufacturing defect. The product will be inspected/verified before a warranty replacement or other applicable resolution is provided. Compatibility: The customer must verify the dimensions, thickness, shape and mounting arrangement before installation. Disconnect the microwave oven from the electrical power supply. Allow the microwave oven to cool completely. Remove the damaged mica sheet carefully. Compare the replacement sheet with the original sheet. If required, mark and cut the mica sheet to match the original dimensions and mounting holes. Install the sheet in the same position as the original waveguide cover. Ensure the sheet is properly secured and does not obstruct the waveguide opening. Reassemble the microwave oven before testing. Important Safety Warning: Microwave ovens contain potentially lethal high-voltage circuits, including the capacitor and magnetron circuit. Installation and servicing should be performed by a qualified microwave technician. Do not operate the microwave without the waveguide/mica cover correctly installed.
