Split AC Outdoor Unit Fan Motor Suitable for Samsung & Other Brands Match & Buy for Exact AC Model Heavy Duty & Durable Motor 2 Year Warranty

⚠️ Important: This is a 220–240V AC mains motor. Installation should be performed by a qualified AC technician. Disconnect all electrical power before opening the outdoor unit. Outdoor-unit capacitors can retain electrical charge after power is switched off. Step 1 – Switch OFF Power Turn OFF the AC and isolate the outdoor unit from the main electrical supply before starting work. Step 2 – Open the Outdoor Unit Remove the outdoor unit cover/grille as required to access the fan motor and its mounting bracket. Step 3 – Record Existing Connections Before disconnecting the old motor, take a clear photograph of the existing wiring and capacitor connections. Do not rely only on generic wire colours because wiring can vary by motor/model. Step 4 – Remove the Fan Blade Loosen the fan-blade fixing screw/nut and carefully remove the blade from the motor shaft. Step 5 – Remove the Old Motor Disconnect the existing motor wiring and remove the mounting screws. Take out the old motor carefully. Step 6 – Check the New Motor Before installation, compare: Voltage Wattage RPM Capacitor rating Shaft dimensions Mounting-hole arrangement Wiring Rotation direction Step 7 – Mount the New Motor Position the new motor in the same mounting location and tighten all mounting hardware securely. Step 8 – Refit the Fan Blade Install the fan blade on the motor shaft in the same orientation as the original. Ensure the blade is properly centered and does not touch the outdoor-unit frame or condenser coil. Step 9 – Connect Wiring Connect the motor according to the wiring diagram printed on the motor/nameplate and the AC manufacturer's circuit diagram. Do not assume that wire colours are universal. The correct capacitor rating is important for a single-phase capacitor motor. Step 10 – Final Testing After checking that all connections are secure and the fan rotates freely, restore power and test the AC. Check for: Smooth rotation Correct rotation direction Excessive vibration Unusual noise Proper outdoor airflow Do not operate the motor with an incorrect capacitor or incorrect wiring. Compatibility Tip Not sure whether this motor will fit your AC? Send Technovate your AC model number + photo of the existing motor/nameplate + wiring/connector photo before ordering. This allows the motor specifications and physical fitment to be checked before purchase.
